MP3 Lease License — $29.99

Best for demos and early releases.

You are allowed to:

  • Record vocals over the beat

  • Release music on limited platforms

  • Use the beat for non-exclusive projects

License terms:

  • Non-exclusive use

  • MP3 file format

  • Credit required: Prod. Young Meech Beat

Not allowed:

  • Reselling or redistributing the beat

  • Claiming ownership of the instrumental

 

WAV Lease License — $49.00

Higher quality audio for professional releases.

You are allowed to:

  • Record and release music using the WAV file

  • Distribute on major streaming platforms

  • Perform the song live

License terms:

  • Non-exclusive use

  • WAV file format

  • Credit required: Prod. Young Meech Beat

Not allowed:

  • Reselling or redistributing the beat

  • Claiming ownership of the instrumental

 

Unlimited Rights License — $99.00

Best option for independent artists looking for full flexibility.

You are allowed to:

  • Record, release, and monetize your music

  • Distribute on all platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)

  • Perform at live shows and concerts

License terms:

  • Unlimited commercial use

  • 50% revenue split on sales and monetized releases

  • Credit required: Prod. Young Meech Beat

  • License valid for 1 year (renewal required after expiration)

Not allowed:

  • Reselling or redistributing the beat

  • Altering or sublicensing the beat as a standalone product

 

Exclusive License — $499

For artists who want full exclusivity (this don't mean ownership) 

Includes:

  • Beat removed from selling and took off website 

  • Exclusive rights to use the beat

  • Unlimited distribution and streams

  • Full commercial use / 5 year renewal for a exclusive license 

 

Exclusive License – Ownership & Royalties Clause

Notwithstanding the purchase of an Exclusive License, Young Meech Beat retains full ownership of the original master recording and composition of the instrumental. This agreement does not constitute a full sale or transfer of copyright. All rights not expressly granted to the Licensee remain the sole property of Young Meech Beat.

The Licensee, including major-label artists or artists with significant commercial presence or public recognition, agrees that all monetized uses of the song created with the instrumental are subject to a royalty split, including but not limited to master royalties, publishing, and writer’s share, as mutually agreed or split evenly unless otherwise stated in writing.

Proper credit is required on all releases, digital platforms, metadata, and promotional materials as:
“Prod. by Young Meech Beat.”

Young Meech Beat does not sell or assign full master ownership, and no Exclusive License shall be interpreted as a complete buyout of rights.
